Nonkera ("the Service") is provided by Nova Nomads, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Using the Service

Nonkera provides free, browser-based utility tools. You may use these tools for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, or use it to process unlawful content.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calculators and converters (such as the mortgage, loan, BMI, and currency converter tools) provide estimates for informational purposes only and are not financial, legal, or medical advice. Tools that rely on externally sourced data, such as currency exchange rates, reflect that data as of the date shown and may not match real-time market conditions or the rate ultimately offered by a bank, card issuer, or transfer provider.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Nomads, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Your content

Where a tool processes content you provide (such as text or a file), you retain all rights to that content. As described in our Privacy Policy, most processing happens locally in your browser.

Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time as Nonkera evolves, including introducing optional premium features in the future.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
