Privacy Policy

Nonkera is operated by Nova Nomads, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), and is built around a simple principle: we should not need your data to give you a useful tool. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and why.

What happens to your files and text

Wherever technically possible, Nonkera tools run entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. Text you type, files you upload, and results you generate are processed on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. This applies to all tools currently available on Nonkera.

Information we collect

• Usage analytics: we may use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics (such as page views and general location at the country level) to understand which tools are useful. This data is not tied to your identity.
• Behavioral analytics:we use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized session behavior (clicks, scrolling, and page navigation) and generate heatmaps, so we can see where people get stuck and improve the site. Clarity is configured to mask the content of every text field by default, so what you type into Nonkera's tools is never captured. See Microsoft's Clarity privacy documentation for details.
• Account information (future feature): if you choose to create an account in a future release, we will collect only what is required to provide that feature (such as an email address), and will describe this clearly at the time.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not require an account to use any current tool.
• We do not store the content of files you process, unless a tool explicitly states otherwise.

Cookies and local storage

Nonkera uses local storage in your browser to remember preferences such as your light/dark mode choice. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Separately, on your first visit, a cookie banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies before any analytics or advertising cookies are set. If you reject, Google Analytics and Google AdSense continue to run in a cookie-free, non-personalized mode (using Google's Consent Mode), and Microsoft Clarity does not load at all. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page.

Advertising

Nonkera displays ads served by Google AdSense. Where you've accepted cookies, Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites; where you haven't, ads are shown without personalization. You can also opt out of personalized advertising directly with Google by visiting Google Ads Settings, or by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices to opt out of participating vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising. Ad-related processing (which ad to show, cookie behavior, etc.) is handled entirely by Google — Nonkera does not control or have access to that data. Third-party services

Nonkera is hosted on Firebase (Google Cloud), uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for usage and behavioral analytics, and serves ads through Google AdSense (described above). If we enable additional analytics or advertising integrations in the future, this policy will be updated in advance to describe those integrations and your choices.

Children's privacy

Nonkera is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Nonkera evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
